The purpose of this web site is to be a gathering point for all patients or policy holders who have been abused or defrauded by insurance companies. Here, they can share their concerns and experiences with other victims. By sharing experiences, we hope this may facilitate individuals to be able to maximize their rightful benefits either through their health insurance companies and/or their insurance companies as policy holders. The administrator of this site has thirty (30) years experience as a health care provider and has decades of experience assisting his patients battling abuses from their insurance companies.
Insurance companies are increasing premiums at astronomical rates and doing everything possible to limit pay outs to policy holders or patients. Since 2000, their tactics are becoming worse. Don't count on the Federal Health Care Reform Act to stop these abuses. Don't expect the government to help you. For example in the State of New Jersey the Department of Banking and Insurance has set up a "Fraud" unit that assists insurance companies in ripping off patients, policy holders and health care providers from entitlements in their policies. This "Fraud" unit is heavily influenced by the insurance industry and in fact is governed by a board of 9 representatives if the insurance industry including the infamous AIG. There exists a conflict of interest!
